HAINES, VICTOR M. "SPARKY" - The death of Victor "Sparky" Haines, beloved husband of 31 years of Jacqueline (Surette) Haines, of Welsford, NB occurred unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 in Fredericton, NB. Born in Saint John and raised in Elm Hill, NB the son of Rose Haines and the late Reid Brown he was a member of the Boiler Makers Union. Besides his wife, Jacqueline and his mother, Rose, he is survived by two sons, Wesley Eclin (Tammy) of PEI and Victor Haines Jr. (Laura) of Saint John; a daughter, Elizabeth (Kevin) Hickey of Saint John; a sister, Linda Omari of Fredericton; five grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
