DAIGLE, FLORENCE M. - The death of Mrs. Florence M. Daigle, wife of the late Aurele Daigle, of Rocmaura Nursing Home, occurred on Friday February 11, 2005 at her residence. Born 1914 in Tremblay Settlement, she was the daughter of the late Laurent and Gertrude (Aubie) Arseneau. Florence was a seamstress with New System Laundry in her early years. She is survived by her son Louis (Vicki) of St. George; daughter Anne of Dartmouth; brothers Prudent Arseneau, Edouard Arseneau (Therese), Anselme Arseneau, Yvon Arseneau and Martin Arseneau (Rosa) all of Petit-Rocher; sisters Ombeline Leger (Leo) of Toronto and Geralda Guerette of Petit-Rocher; grandchildren: Amy & Marc Daigle, Jessica Logan, Jason, Shawn, Andrew & Sharla Marriott; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister Cecile Tremblay. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, (646-2424) with visitations on Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of Assumption Church on Monday February 14, 2005 at 12 noon.
