Dalleep Singh Kasib AMHERST - The death of Daleep Singh Kasib, 76, of Amherst, occurred at the Moncton City Hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009. Born in Punjab, India, he taught in the Nova Scotia Community College, Springhill, for many years, and was a well-known businessman, operating M.K. Jewellers, Amherst. Daleep will be sadly missed by his wife of 33 years, Kitty; a son Michael; a daughter, Monica and family and friends. Daleep's remains have been entrusted into the care of the Furlong-Jones Funeral Home, Amherst, from where a private family service and cremation will be held.
