LILLIAN ARVELLA (BRADFORD) GUITARD

GUITARD, LILLIAN ARVELLA (BRADFORD) - Lillian Guitard the wife of the late Theodore Guitard, of Old Black River Road, died peacefully with her family at her side at the Saint John Regional Hospital, on April 13th, 2005. Born in Black's Harbour, NB, a daughter of the late Myles and Alma (Wade) Bradford. Lillian worked at Red Rose Tea for 17 years, then as a school bus driver for 20 years at District #8 until her retirement. The love of her life was her family and trailering with her friends at Wally's in Cambridge Narrows. Her greatest passion was quilting. She enjoyed outings with her best friend Shirley Knox. She loved figure skating. Lillian also loved to bowl in her spare time. Lillian was a loving mother to three daughters; Vickie Watson (Ron), Susan Dean (David "Hucky") of Saint John, NB and Barbara Kelly of Toronto, ON; one son, Norman (Edie) of Saint John, NB; four sisters, Bernadeen Terrell, Ellen Borthwick, Bertha Muise, and Floretta Perreault; one brother, Brad Bradford; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents Lillian was predeceased by two brothers, Theodore and Chipman Bradford. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). With Visitation on Saturday from 7-9 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 18th, 2005 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 1 pm, with interment following in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
