KINNEY, JOHN (JACK) - The death of John (Jack) Kinney of Perth-Andover occurred on June 21, 2005 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 72. Born in Holmesville he was the son of the late Asa and Iva Kinney. He is survived by his wife Wilda Kinney; three daughters Sheila DeMerchant and Arthur Hannigan of Grand Bay, Jeanne (Warren) Cronk of Aroostook and Wendy DeMerchant of Perth-Andover; three sons David (Darlene) of Standard, AB, Joe (Carol Godbout) of Upper Kintore and Paul (Barb Hanscomb) of Kilburn; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister Alta Blanger of St. Andrews; several nieces, nephews and a favorite dog Major. Predeceased by his parents, daughter Laurie, three sisters Wilda, Leona and Freda; four brothers Leo, Burton, Waymon and Pat. Resting at White's Funeral Home with visiting hours on Thursday June 23rd from 1-3 pm with service to follow at 3 pm. Interment will be in the Whorton Cemetery, Upper Kent on Sunday June 26th at 11 am. Memorial donations to the Lung Association, Canadian Diabetes Association or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements by White's Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
