McLAY, RUTH ELAINE - At her residence, July 13, 2005, Ruth Elaine (Hall) McLay, wife of E. Stephen McLay, of St. Stephen, NB. Survived by her husband, one daughter, Kathy (Nick Johnson), St. Stephen, NB, two sons, Stephen Jr. (Debbie), Oak Bay, NB, Cst. Michael (Jackie Valk), BC, five grandchildren, her mother, Rose Hall, St. Stephen, NB, two brothers, Doug Hall, Ontario, Earl (Fran), St. Stephen, NB, one sister, Robina Jackson (Doug), Robbinston, Maine, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one daughter, Sheila. Memorial Service will be held at the S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB on Sunday July 17, 2005 at 4:30 pm with Rev. Bob Hinton officiating. Interment at St. Stephen Rural Cemetery. Family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Lincourt Manor or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
