MOREHOUSE, GARNET E. - The death of Garnet E. Morehouse of Dalhousie, NB, husband of Kathleen Jones, occurred on Saturday July 30, 2005 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital. He was 63. Formerly of Zealand, NB, he is the son of Olive Morehouse and the late Herschel Morehouse. Garnet's work with Brunswick Oxygen, Ingersoll Rand and Praxair took him around the province. He was a member of UCT, volunteer at the Dalhousie Nursing Home and enjoyed golfing, gardening and the outdoors. He is survived by two sons Michael Morehouse (Sylvain Breton) of Quebec, Troy Morehouse of Saint John; two brothers Dennis Morehouse of Florida, Leslie Morehouse (Carolyn Curtis) of Zealand, sister-in-law Edith Estey of Zealand and several nieces and nephews. Garnet is predeceased by his brother David Hardy. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home 302 Brookside Drive on Tuesday August 2 from 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 3, 2005 at 2 pm from St. Paul's Anglican Church in Zealand, NB with Rev. Anthony Kwaw officiating and Rev. Arnold Godsoe assisting. For those who wish, remembrances to the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. Interment will follow the service in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery.
