SCOTT, MARIE - Marie Scott, of Queen Elizabeth Dr., Bathurst, wife of the late Tom Scott, passed away on Tuesday (August 16, 2005) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Blackville, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Ruby (Underhill) Lebans. She owned and operated several stores in the Bathurst area, ending her career with Danny's Catering Services. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the I.O.D.E. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Tom, in 1975. She is survived by: one son, Blake Scott of Scoudouc, NB; one sister: Marjorie Tremblay of Houston, BC; Her special friend, Flossie O'Donnell of Saint John, NB The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Friday afternoon (August 19, 2005) at 2:00 p.m. from the First United Church, St. Patrick St., Bathurst. Burial will be in the Highland View Cemetery, Bathurst. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 7 to 9, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
