BOUCHARD, ALCIDE - At the Grand Falls General Hospital, August 24, 2005, Mr. Alcide Bouchard of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 91 years. He was married to the former Laura Ouellette. Born at Drummond in 1913, he was a son of the late Joseph and Annie (Cyr) Bouchard. Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Jean (Lily) Ouellette of Grand Falls, one daughter, Armande Ouellette (Kristina Marvin) of Edmonton, Alberta, son-in-law, Wilbert Cyr of Grand Falls, daughter-in-law, Rachelle Lavoie of Moncton, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one brother, Louis of Drummond, one sister, Marie-Anne (Gilbert) Michaud of Grand Falls, sister-in-law, Annette Bouchard of Drummond, as well as nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Gisele Cyr, a son, Joseph Lavoie, a great granddaughter, Mireille Cyr, a brother, Alfred Bouchard. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Friday from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. His funeral will be held Saturday, August 27th at 2 p.m. from the Saint-Michel Roman Catholic Church, Drummond, with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
