SHEILDS, JEAN MARIE (CARVELL) - It is with great sadness that the family of Jean M. Sheilds announce her passing on August 31, 2005 at the Foot Hills Hispital in Didsbury, Alberta. She fought a courageous battle with cancer. Born February 24, 1953 in Saint John, N.B. but lived in Didsbury, Alberta. Daughter of the late William and Edith Carvell. She is survived by one son, Blake and one daughter, Gillian, both of Didsbury, Alberta; three brothers, James of Saint John, N.B., Leonard and his wife Carol of Kingston Peninsula and William, also of Kingston Peninsula; one sister, Eileen Pitt of Saint John, N.B. and several nieces and nephews, cousin, and so many good friends. She is predeceased by one sister Eunice Carvell. May Jean rest in peace. A special thank you to all her friends in Didsbury, Alberta and Saint John, N.B.
