TOBIN, BETTY DOREEN (1920 - 2005) - The death of Betty Doreen (Vizard) Tobin, wife of the late Thomas Tobin of Woodstock, NB occurred Thursday, September 8 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital at the age of 85. Born in Wales, Betty was the daughter of the late Alfred and Gwendoline (Lloyd) Vizard. Betty is survived by her daughter Patricia Sweet (Herbert), Saint John, NB; son Lewis, Woodstock, NB; two grandchildren; sisters Cecilia O'Leary of Woodstock, NB, Olwen Conners, Wales; several nieces and nephews. Betty is predeceased by her husband, parents, a sister Madeline and grandson Ivan. Visitation will be held from the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville on Saturday 7-9PM and Sunday 2-4PM and 7-9PM. Funeral Service will be Monday, September 12 from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 11AM with Ven. Walter Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
