GALLANT, PATRICK JOSEPH - The death of Patrick Joseph Gallant, of Ridgewood Veteran's Hospital, husband of the late Joan (Boudreau) Gallant, occurred on Saturday September 10, 2005 at his residence. Born 1925, in Saint John he was the son of the late Pascal and Ethel (Moore) Gallant. Patrick was a Veteran of WWII serving in the Princess Louise Fousiliers. He was a Commissionaire for Lantic Sugar Refinery for many years. He is survived by his loving daughters Vern Chamberlain (Don) of Grand Bay-Westfield and Jo-Ann Gallant (Stephen Albert) of Saint John; brothers Edgar Gallant, George Gallant and James Gallant; four grandchildren: Jonathan, Dony, Roni and Adam; four great grandchildren: Amanda, Allison, Katelyn and Alexis; several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by brother Billy Gallant and infant sister Mary. By request there will be no visitations.
