HUGHES, DOROTHY M. - The death of Dorothy (Holmes) Hughes wife of the late Gordon Hughes, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, September 6, 2005. Born in Apohaqui, NB, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Mildred (Cripps) Holmes. Survived by her son, Glendon Hughes of Saint John and her sister, Marjorie Stiles of Sussex, NB. At the request of the family there was no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service was held at Riverbank Cemetery, Norton, NB. Arrangements were under the care and direction of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424).
