CARMICHAEL, FLOYD ELLIS - 1915-2005 The passing of Floyd Ellis Carmichael of Woodstock, NB, occurred Friday, September 16, 2005 at the age of 89. Floyd was born in Long Settlement, NB, on November 27, 1915. Floyd is survived by his wife Shirley (Upton) Dunphy, Woodstock, NB; daughter, Connie Bloss, Michigan; sons, Charles (Carol), Markdale, Ont, Murray (Jan) Surrey, BC; three stepsons, Gary (Joette) Dunphy, Vancouver Island, BC, Charles (Barb) Dunphy, Bellville, Ont, William (Debbie) Dunphy, Bellville, NB; stepdaughter, Sheila (Wayne) Young, Ont; several grand and great grandchildren; four sisters, Audrey (Ronald) Black, Violet (Dean) Farmham, Anna (Earl) Sprague, Ardith (Don) Woolsey; Brothers, Paul (Jean) Carmichael, Milford (Nellie) Carmichael, Floyd was predeceased by his parents, first wife Verna (Barrettt) Carmichael, two sons, Robert and Arthur. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 at The Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 19 at 2 pm with Pastor Leonard Cousins officiating. Interment will be in the Good Corner Cemetery.
