FLORENCE CYR
CYR, FLORENCE - Florence M. (O?Regan) Cyr passed away quietly from this life on September 22, 2005 at home with her loving family and care givers at her side. She was born at Grand Falls, N.B., on September 21, 1912, a daughter of the late Joseph O?Regan and the late Mattie (Paradis) O?Regan. Her husband, Herbert, preceded her in death in September 1984. Three sons survive her; Peter, and his wife, Judy, of Amherst, New Hampshire, Regan of Hamlin, and Arnold and his wife, Lynn, of Clermont, Florida. She is also survived by four daughters; Mary Ruth and her husband, Richard Nichols of Fort Fairfield, Nora and her husband, James Hilton of Athens, Maine, Joan and her husband, Vance Perry, of Bon Air, Virginia, and Pamela Soucy of Mountaintop, Pennsylvania; 18 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Elvena O?Regan of Grand Falls, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by all her brothers and sisters, Michael, Lawrence, Lily, Louise, Alice, Guy, Grace, Mary, George and Gerald. Resting at O?Regan?s Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls, with visiting hours Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, September 26th at 2 p.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls. Interment will be in the St. Joseph?s Parish Cemetery, Hamlin, Maine. Those who wish may make a donation in her memory to St. Joseph?s Parish of Hamlin. www.oregans.ca
