POIRIER, JEANNE D' ARC - of Ludlow Street West died peacefully at the SJRH on October 22, 2005. She was born in Rosairville on January 11, 1915 and was the wife of the late Jacques Poirier and daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Bonnevie. She was self employed at Jacques General Store, was a life long member of The Cathedral Church on Waterloo Street, enjoyed playing bingo at many locations throughout the city and spending time with her family was most important to her. She is survived by two grandchildren; Eric Richard (Cathy) and Debbie Adams (Mike), one great granddaughter Krista, one great great grand son Devon, son-in-law Leo Richard, one sister Theresa Bonnevie and one brother Joe Bonnevie, a special niece; Karen Campbell as well as several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her only daughter; Theresa Marie Richard, grand daughter Brenda Richard, eight brothers and five sisters. Resting at A. W. Cavanagh Funeral Home & Cremation Centre 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) on Monday from 7-9pm and Tuesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Francois de Sales Roman Catholic Church in Rogersville on Wednesday at 2:00pm followed by internment in St. Francois de Sales Cemetery.
