KENNEDY, JOSEPH EDWARD - 1922 - 2005 - The passing of Joseph Edward Kennedy of Lakeville occurred Sunday October 30, 2005 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital at the age of 83. Born in Lakeville he was the son of the late Edward and Florence (Bradley) Kennedy. Visitation will be on Wednesday November 2nd at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill, Jacksonville from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday November 3rd at 11 am from St. Bonaventure Roman Catholic Church in Lakeville with Fr. Bill Brennan officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Bonaventure Cemetery or to the Birch Haven Special Care Home Lakeville.
