RAYMOND J. GALLANT

GALLANT, RAYMOND J. - The death of Raymond J. Gallant of Yvonne's Special Care Home, Titusville, husband of the late Evelyn (Poirier) Gallant occurred November 1, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in PEI, son of the late John and Albina (Poirier) Gallant. Raymond served in the Merchant Navy during and following WWII. He was a member of Hampton Branch 28, Royal Canadian Legion. He is survived by two sons Ronald Gallant, Sussex, Terry Gallant, Vancouver; four sisters Ann Northrup, Titusville, Madeline McGuire, Darlings Island, Clorissa Helps, Grand Prairie, Alberta, Alfreda Bond, Saint John; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Oliver and Albin and one sister Carol. Visitation will be at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, on Thursday, 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral will be held Friday, 2:15pm, at Reid's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Henderson officiating. Online donations and condolences may be made at: www.reidsfh.com
