WILFORD L. 1920-2005 ELLIOTT

ELLIOTT, WILFORD L. 1920-2005 - Passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, November 11th, 2005. Born in Burtts Corner, Fredericton, he was the son of the late Harry and Esther (Staples) Elliott. Husband of Myrtle (Sharp) Elliott. Wilford was employed with M & D Transfer for a number of years and then he transferred to Day & Ross Transport until his retirement in 1983. Besides his wife, Wilford is survived by six daughters, Linda Sheils friend (Keith), Debby Elliott, Judy Power friend (Jean Guy), Brenda Fillmore (David), Susan Doyle (Bernie) and Cathy Rourke (Dale), three step sons, Stephen Morrison, Brian Morrison (Brenda) and Robert Sharp (Kim), two step daughters, Ann Day (Alan) and Kathy Lyons (Rob) of Calgary, 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 17 step grandchildren and five step grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Betty Hawkins, Excy Burgess both of Keswick and one brother Marshall (Maria), several nieces, nephews and special friends, Richard St. Pierre (Gloria) and John McCoy that they trailer with at TNT camp ground in Coles Island. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John on Saturday, November 12th, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Sunday, November 13th, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview Chapel" on Monday, November 14th, 2005 at 11 o'clock with burial to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
