GUIMOND, NORBERT YVON (1931-2205)- At the age of 74, Norbert Yvon Guimond of Richibucto, NB, passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital in Ste. Anne de Kent on Thursday, November 24, 2005. Born in St. Charles, NB. He was the son of the late Arthur and Marie (Arsenault) Gimond. He had been an employee of Fundy Linen, Saint John, NB. Norbert was a member of the Knight's of Columbus 3rd Degree, and attended St. Louis de Gonzague RC Church. He will be sadly missed by his wife Andrea and sons Daniel Louis, Leandre Denis (Carolyn). Sisters; Doreen Russel (Late Alley) of Calgary, AB, Victoire Daigle (Alcide) of Richibucto, NB, Theresa Shewbridge (Herb) of Saint John, NB, and one brother Gerard (Late Hughette) of St. Sauveur, Quebec. Grandchildren; Stefan, Andre, Justin & Lucas. Predeceased by three brothers; Edouard, Luc, and Ted and one sister; Therese Richard. Visitation will be held Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Monday noon until time of funeral at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis de Gonzague RC Church on Monday, November 28th, 2005 at 2:00pm. Interment will be held at St. Charles Borromee RC Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
