LYNCH, FRANCIS R. - The death of Francis R. Lynch, husband of Veronica M. (Brown) Lynch, occurred on November 27, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John he was the son of the late James and Ellen (Keleher) Lynch. He served with the Royal Canadian Navy during WW II. He was employed with the CPR retiring as Foreman. Besides his wife, he is survived by his sons, James F. and his wife Bridget of Truro, NS, Brian and his wife Barbara of Grand Pines, MB; his daughter Jo-Ann Malhotra and her husband Kuldip of Waterloo, ON; his grandchildren, Jason, Jillian, Jennifer, Christopher, Michael, Jana, Mark and Neil; his great-granddaughter Ella; and several nieces and nephews. His brothers Leo and Leonard and his sisters Margaret Doyle and Alice Kindred predeceased him. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 29, 2005, at 12 noon, from Our Lady of the Assumption Church. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
