Annie Florence Murrin (Nee Squires)

Passed away peacefully at the Corner Brook Interfaith Home, surrounded by her husband and children, Annie Florence Murrin, at the age of 77 years. Leaving to mourn with beautiful memories to cherish, her husband of 57 years, William (Sid) Murrin; five children: Linda Wheeler, Ruby Murrin (Joey Bennett), David Murrin (Daisy), Lisa Hann (Lindy) and John Murrin (Sheri); 17 grandchildren: Tina Brake (Craig), Bunny Loder (Paul), Terrilynn Hackett (Colin), Tracy Dzurilla (Lubo), Tiffany Wheeler, Darrell Webb (Lisa), Shawn Webb (Lorna), Nancy Kernaghan (Scott), Melinda Murrin (Paul Tucker), Amanda Murrin (Jamie Byrne), Christa Murrin, Jamie Barrow, Shaila Hann, Ricky Hann, Adam Murrin, Cheyenne Murrin and Carlie Verge; 13 great grandchildren: Melissa Brake, Sheldon Brake, Kiana Loder, Tara Loder, Jesse Hackett, Jacob (Baby Sid) Hackett, Adrian Dzurilla, Terry Dzurilla, Lucas Dzurilla, Bruce Webb, Emily Webb, Ryan Murrin and Arianna Murrin; five sisters: Alice (Laurie Simms) of Niagara Falls, ON, Dorcas (Chester Badcock) of Coley’s Point, NL, Hazel Badcock of Bay Roberts, NL, Vera (Marvin Youden) of Stephenville, NL, and Fern (Reg Mugford) of Clarke’s Beach, NL; brother, Roy Squires (Betty) of Bay Roberts, NL; sister-in-law, Louise Squires; son-in-law, Eddie Webb; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Edith and John Squires; mother and father-in-law, Elizabeth and Sidney Murrin; infant son; brothers: Silas Squires and Gideon Squires; sister, Ruby Squires; brother-in-law, Robert Badcock; and son-in-law, Terry Wheeler. Visitation was held at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Visitation will be held at the Anglican Church, Summerside on Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Anglican Church Fund, Summerside.
