FERRIS, GEORGE P. - The death of George Phillip Ferris of Saint John West, husband of Eleanor (Wood) Ferris, occurred on Saturday, December 10, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on July 16, 1927, he was the son of the late George and Jennie (Fredericks) Ferris. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Kathleen H. Jones (Robert) of Summerville. He was predeceased by three sons, Phillip George, Gary Thomas and Kenneth. By request of George, a private family graveside service will be held at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery at a later date.
