ELLIOTT, BEATRICE ELIZABETH - Beatrice Elizabeth Elliott of Debec passed away at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Thursday, December 22, 2005, at the age of 92. Born at Newburg, she was a daughter of the late James Albert and Grace Darling (Richardson) Dickinson. Beatrice is survived by her sons, Richard Elliott (Evelyn) of Debec, and Stephen Elliott (Karon) of Charters Settlement; daughters, Shirley Elliott of Saint John, Carol Duchemin of Debec, Ann Gombar (Gerald) of Vancouver, BC, and Dorothy Walls of Debec; sisters Dorothy Downey of Sidney, BC and Velma Filipenko of Burnaby, BC; a daughter-in-law, Grace Edney; 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband, C. Ross Elliott; two sons, Arthur and Bill; and a son-in-law, Rev. Isaac Walls. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Beverly Brazier will be officiating, with interment in the United Church Cemetery, McKenzie Corner, at a later date. www.scottfh.com
