Passed peacefully away at his home in Foxtrap in the presence of his family on Friday, July 18, 2008 age 85 years. Predeceased by his parents James and Rebecca. Leaving to mourn his wife Irene of 59 years, 4 sons: Gerald (Clare), Fred (Betty), Kevin (Delora), John, 7 grandchildren: Blair (Angelina), Samantha (Balraj), Lesley, Scott (Kelly), Amanda (Gilbert), Michael, Jennifer (Michael), 1 great-grandchild: Gracie, 1 sister: Rachael Fagan, nieces, nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Funeral service on Monday July 21, 2008 at 2 p.m. in All Saint's Anglican Church, Foxtrap.
