Daughter of the late Walter and Annie (Crompton) Parks of St. Stephen, N.B. Survived by one daughter , Karen Firlotte, two sons Richard and Rodney Marshall ,of St. Stephen, N.B., nine grandchildren, fourgreat grandchildren, brothers, sisters and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by infant son Gerald and daughter Cheryl Cushing. Resting at The S. O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. (506-466-1844) from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2006 at 2 PM . Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday, January 5, 2006 from 7-9 PM. Interment in St. Stephen Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers remembrances to the charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
