VEYSEY, ROSS OWEN - Mr. Ross Owen Veysey of Penobsquis, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on January 17, 2006, at the age of 75. Born in Penobsquis NB on July 20, 1930, he was the son of the late Albert Sr. and Kathleen Mary (Kelley) Veysey and the husband of the late Nancy A. (Nixon) Veysey who passed away in 2005. Ross is survived by three children: Judy Doucett and her husband Jerry of Moncton, Paul Veysey and his wife Lynn of Penobsquis, Will Veysey and his wife Jody of Moncton, his step-daughter Sandra Bean and her husband Jack of Sussex, his brother, Gordon of Wasega Beach, Ontario, four grandchildren; Sabrina Steeves and her husband Roy, Brandy Doucett, Leigha Ouellet, Kristen Ouellet, and two great grandchildren; Logan Steeves and Olivia Ouellet, a special friend, Christine Ward of Plumweseep, as well as several nieces and nephews. Ross was predeceased by four brothers; Albert (Pat), Laurence, Donald and John. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).
