NOBLE, HELENA MARGUERITE - Peacefully at Fundy Nursing Home, Blacks Harbour, NB, on January 21, 2006, Mrs. Helena Marguerite (Smith) Noble, wife of the late Lawrence Franklin Noble of Leonardville, NB. Born in Leonardville on December 5, 1912, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Minnie Gould (Conley) Smith. A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by two daughters: Rosalie Miner (Eugene) and Loretta Lord (Darrell), both of Deer Island; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by two sons: George and Charles and one granddaughter Janette Lord. Marguerite was a member of the Leonardville Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading and doing her search-a-word puzzles as well as her visits from her family and friends. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533), 26 Portage Street, St. George, NB with visiting on Monday from 10 am until 12 noon. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 2:00 pm at the Leonardville Community Cemetery with Rev. Maurice Hatfield officiating.
