LESLIE, MURIEL M. - Unexpectedly, at her residence in Back Bay, NB on February 2, 2006, Mrs. Muriel M. (Hooper) Leslie, wife of the late Elmer David Leslie. Born at Back Bay, NB on August 11, 1910, she was a daughter of the late Hermon Oscar and Roxann (Sellars) Leslie. A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by one son, Malcolm (Irene) Leslie of L'Etang; two daughters, Melva (Mrs. Robert Howard) of Back Bay and Joan Marie Leslie of L'Etang; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Evelyn Tucker of Back Bay; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, William Hooper. Muriel was a great prayer warrior and loved to read her bible. She trusted in the Lord for everything and was a member of the Seaview Full Gospel Church. Resting at the Seaview Full Gospel Church in Back Bay with visiting on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The service will be held on Sunday at 2 pm, followed by interment in the St. George Rural Cemetery. In Muriel's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
