McLAUGHLIN, ANNIE M. - Mrs. Annie M. McLaughlin of Marysview Seniors Facility, Hampton and formerly of Sussex, passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital on February 4, 2006 at the age of 94. Born in Hillsborough on October 20, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Atsell and Elizabeth (Melvin) Steeves and the beloved wife of the late Clarence A. McLaughlin who passed away in 2000. Annie is survived by her daughter, Audrey Floyd (Russell) of Sussex, NB; her son, Dale (Betty Calvin) of Saint John; her daughter-in-law, Shirley McLaughlin of Saint John; two sisters, Ruth Steeves of Moncton and Lena Young of Vernon BC; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Annie is predeceased by three brothers: Gordon, Marvin and Gerald, and by her four sisters: Ada, Claira, Ida and Dorothy. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation at Wallace Funeral Home on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Sussex United Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 11:00 am. There will be a time of fellowship with the family immediately following the service. Interment will take place at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 pm.
