PURDY, JUDSON DOUGLAS M.D - Dr. Judson Douglas Purdy, after a brief illness, at University Hospital, London, Ontario, on Tuesday, February 7, 2006, age 74. Loving father of Sean Purdy of London. Beloved brother of Dr. John Purdy and his wife Carolyn of Fredericton, New Brunswick. Dear uncle of Dr. Anna Purdy and her husband Peter Artry of Calgary and great-uncle of John Winston Purdy. Fondly remembered by his cousins Thomas and Mary, Bob and Francis, Richard and Janet, Sandy and Steve, Frank and Carol, Betty and Archie and all their families. Jud taught for 12 years at Pickering College and 25 years at the Faculty of Education, University of Western Ontario. Cremation has taken place. Visitation and memorial service to take place at the Church of St. John the Evangelist, 280 St. James Street at Wellington, London, at a date to be announced.
