BAXTER, JENNIE MILDRED (JONES) - The death of Jennie Baxter, the wife of the late Hazen Baxter occurred on February 28, 2006 at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Saint John, NB she was the daughter of late Samuel and Annie (Parlee) Jones. Jennie was a life long member of St. Mary's and St. Bartholomew's church and was active with the Silver Links Seniors. Survived by one daughter Marilyn and her husband Sterling McGrath of Saint John, NB; two grandchildren Kelly and her husband Bret and Jeffrey and his wife Melissa; great-grandson Noah and several nieces and nephews. Her sister Myrtle Baxter and brothers Harold, Leonard and Edward Jones predeceased her. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from St. Mary's & St. Bartholomew Church on Friday, March 3, 2006 at 1:00 pm. Internment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
