FERRIS, HAROLD ROWLEY - (Lieutenant Colonel RCOC, ret. MBE, CD**. Veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict, Paul Harris Fellow) Rowley Ferris born in Saint John, N.B., son of the late Ida and Harold Ferris at the age of 84. Beloved husband for 60 years of Reta (nee Nice). Dear uncle of Charles Humphrey and his wife Barbara, Holly Anne Smith and her husband Garth and Barbara Lynn Pearson and her husband Bruce, David Nice and Hazel Jensen and her husband Jim. Brother-in-law of Murray Nice and his wife Dorothy. Rowley will also be missed by his numerous great nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held in St. Paul's Chapel, St. Peter's Church, King St., East, Cobourg, on Friday March 3 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Heritage Cemetery of St. Peter. Friends may call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King St., East, Cobourg, on Thursday evening from 7-9.
