BAIRD, M. DOROTHY- Dorothy Baird, wife of the late Cedric Baird, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 2nd, 2006. Born on November 12th, 1918 in Campbellton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Greta Carr. Dorothy is survived by her sister, Kathleen Carr of Fredericton, two sons, David (Mary) of Miramichi, Brian (Sheila) of Fredericton and one daughter, Wendy of Quispamsis. She also is survived by five grandchildren, Jodi, Mark, Michael, Katie and Colin and five great-grandchildren. Dorothy's positive and happy disposition will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Dorothy enjoyed looking forward to her many trips to Florida and summers at Grand Lake with her family. She passed away peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital with her family by her side. At the request of the family there will be no visitation. Funeral services will be held at the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Sunday, March 5th, 2006 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Paul Ross officiating. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
