FURGE, MARION - Marion Furge of Perth-Andover passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital on March 3, 2006. Born in Bath, NB on January 5, 1935, she was the daughter of the late George and Hazel McCarty and wife of the late Dellison Furge. She is survived by her children Belinda (Mike) Morris of Perth-Andover, Charmaine (Bradley) Rodgers of MacGregor Manitoba, Katrina (David) Stairs of Hamilton ON, Mark (Lisa) Furge of Woodstock; daughter-in-law Joy Furge of Woodstock; sisters Doris DeMerchant and Beryl (Clayton) Sewell both of Woodstock; and ten grandchildren. Marion was a member of the Legion Ladies Auxilary, the Arthurette United Baptist Church Women's Missionary, and the Plaster Rock Square Dancing Club. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 7, 2006 at 2 pm from the Perth-Andover United Baptist Church. Rev. Jason Hinsdale officiating. Interment in the Arthurette United Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
