ROGERS, CHARLES JUNIOR - The death of Charles Junior Rogers, age 57, of Norton, NB, common-law husband of Sheila Smith, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital, on March 4, 2006. He was the son of the late Charles and Florence (Sommers) Rogers. Junior is survived by common-law wife; Sheila Smith, sons; Casey, Tim, Billy, Wesley and Darren, daughters; Melody, Colleen and Karen, all of Ontario, brothers; Roy and Lillian, Etobicoke, ON, Paul and Louise, Scarborough, ON, Will and Donna, Lakefield, ON, Raymond and Diane, Oshawa, ON, sisters; Peggy and Don Reelis, Burnt Point, NL, Glenys and Peter Beasley, Carbonear, NL, Dora and Albert King, Victoria, NL, Florence and Sandy Saunders, Barrie, ON, stepbrother; Gordon and Dianne Bursey, Sarnia, ON, stepdaughters; Lisa Darrah, BC, Sheri Smith, Apohaqui, stepsons; Bob and Peggy, Halifax, Carl and Cathy, Salisbury, seven grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Elliott and sisters Frances Milley and Anne Rogers. He is resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home (839-2156) 18 Scovil Road, Norton, with visiting on Monday, from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon from Norton Wesleyan Church, on Tuesday, March 7, 2006.
