THORNE, MAYES (HILTZ) - On Wednesday March 8, 2006 at St. Mary's General Hospital in Waterloo, Ontario. Beloved wife of Ronald. Loving mother of Judy Laws (Jim) of Naples, Florida and Steven Thorne of Stratford, Ontario. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Michael Asselstine and Tryshia Edwards (Jacob), by her three great grandchildren Jacob, Samuel and David Edwards, by her one surviving sister, Opal Haynes, and by her brother Fred Hiltz (Doreen). Private burial in Fernhill Cemetery. Memorial service at Fallsview Funeral Home, 1pm Monday March 13. Remembrances requested to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
