MacDONALD, ALICE KATHLEEN - The death of Alice Kathleen (Kay) MacDonald of the Loch Lomond Villa Nursing Home occurred on Sunday March 12, 2006 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born 1918 in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Alice (Thibodeau) Bailey. She is survived by sister Edith Margaret Bailey; daughter in law Barbara MacDonald; grandchildren: Shawn MacDonald (Janet), Lynn Hamilton, Tom (Chuck) MacDonald (Theresa), Kathy Ruttan (Mike) and Mark MacDonald (Annie); great grandchildren: Stephanie and Kevin MacDonald, Ryan and Corey Hamilton, Evan and Emily Ruttan and Ethan MacDonald; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Kay was predeceased by her husband Ernest MacDonald; son Thomas MacDonald; brothers Kinsley Bailey, Thomas Bailey and Walter Bailey and sister Marie Baird. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday March 14, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Ocean View Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
