MORRIS, ERIC ROSWALD - The death of Mr. Eric Roswald Morris, of Dobblesteyn Care Home, occurred on Monday March 13, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1923 in Jeffries, NF he was the son of the late William and Elizabeth Morris. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch for 50 years. Eric was a veteran of WWII served with the R.A.F. in France and Germany. He is survived by his son George Morris (Valerie); daughters Carol Farrell (Stephen) and Valerie McNary (Ian); their mother Patricia Emmons; six grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews. By request there will be no visitation. A tribute to a Veteran Service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, (646-2424) on Thursday March 16, 2006 at 2:00 p.m., followed by the Memorial Service. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery. The family would appreciate donations made to the charity of the donor's choice.
