ADELARD JOSEPH THERIAULT

THERIAULT, ADELARD JOSEPH - Unexpectedly, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB on March 13, 2006, Mr. Adelard Joseph Theriault, husband of Pearldena Mae (Wilcox) Theriault. Born in Belliveau Cove, NS on December 21, 1925, he was a son of the late Joseph and Helene (Deveau) Theriault. A loving husband, step-father, step-grandfather and brother, he is survived, besides his wife, by one step-daughter, Joyce (George) Taylor of Blacks Harbour; one step-granddaughter, Stephanie, of St. George; one brother, Normand (Connie) Theriault of Belliveau Cove, NS; two sisters, Eleanor (Alcide) Saulnier of Belliveau Cove, Mabel LeBlanc of Church Point, NS; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by three sisters, Emerise, Yvonne and Gertrude. Adelard had been employed by Connors Bros. Ltd. for over 30 years in the Labelling Room prior to his retirement. He had a love for wood working and enjoyed flounder fishing and spending time with his special companion, Brandy. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home (506-755-3533), 26 Portage Street, St. George, NB E5C 3L6 with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The service will be held on Friday morning at 10 am from The Gary E. Waycott Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bruce Alcorn officiating, followed by interment in the St. George Rural Cemetery. In Adelard's memory, donations to the Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund, Charlotte County Cancer Society, or a charity of the donor's choice, would be appreciated by the family.
