MCBEATH, ELSIE - The death of Elsie, wife of the late Ralph Arnold McBeath, occurred on March 31, 2006, at the Carleton Kirk Lodge. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of George and Georgie (Pier) Day. She was a long time employee of T. S. Simms & Company. She is survived by her daughter: Doris Marshall of Bridgewater, NS, her brother: Charles Day of Saint John, grandchildren: Patti (Brian) Dorcas, Brenda (Grant) MacQueen, Janice (Robert) Miller, Andrew (Donna) Marshall; nine great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Her son: Robert Ralph McBeath, daughters: Marjorie Donna Cavanaugh, Shirley Ann McBeath, sisters: Kathleen Stillwell, Florence Graham, Lenna Linton, Dora Belyea, and Gladys Mullin, predeceased her. Resting at Brenans Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), with visiting on Saturday from 7-9 pm and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 3, 2006, at 11:00 am, from Bay View Chapel. Interment will take place at St, James Anglican Cemetery, Browns Flat.
