Port Elgin, N.B. - Grace Johnson passed away peacefully at the Westford Nursing Home, Port Elgin on Saturday, July 14, 2007. She was the daughter of the Late George and Emma (Dove) Grant. Grace lived a very active life in Southeastern New Brunswick as a school teacher, hairdresser and real estate agent. Grace was a master quilter, and avid gardener, curler and golfer. She and her husband Cecil enjoyed the companionship of their English setters and cruising the country in their Cadillac. She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Church, Moncton. She is survived by sisters, Mary Cawdle and Madeline Goodwin (Ellis) of Ont. and Lily Stright, Port Elgin, N.B.; nieces and nephews. Grace was predeceased by her husband Cecil Johnson and sister Carrie Beers. A graveside service will take place at the family lot in the Fernwood Cemetery, Port Elgin on Friday, July 27 at 11 a.m..
