SMITH, IRA CHARLES - Mr. Ira Charles Smith of Lower Millstream, NB passed away at his residence on April 7, 2006 at the age of 98. Born in Penobsquis, NB on September 8, 1907, he was the son of the late Charles and Henrietta (Whitnect) Smith. Ira is survived by three brothers; Richard (Dick), Les and his wife Ethel and Fred and his wife Marg all of Sussex, as well as several nieces and nephews. Ira was predeceased by three brothers; Len, Frank and Gordon and by his sister Florence. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation today from 10:00am til the time of service.
