RANDALL ASHLEY LEEMAN

LEEMAN, RANDALL ASHLEY - At the Saint John Regional Hospital, following a brief illness, the death of Mr. Randall Ashley Leeman of Mascarene, NB, husband of the late Lila Bernice (Parks) Leeman, occurred on April 19, 2006. Born at Deer Island, NB on April 14, 1913, he was a son of the late Ashley Milton Leeman and Wealthy Franklin (Wilson) Leeman. A loving father to his children, three sons, Marvin (Eileen) of Back Bay, Donnie (Christina) of Mascarene, Gary of Mascarene and one daughter, Lorena (Joseph) Murphy of Miramichi, NB; proud grandfather of Joyce (Steve) Savoie of Ancaster, ON, Nelson (Karen) Leeman of Lime Kiln, NB, Kenny (Pam) Leeman of Pennfield, Carl (Christine) Leeman of L'Etang, Davis (Karen) Leeman of Quispamsis and Deanna (Scott) Norton of Boistown; six great-grandchildren, Shakyna, Mallory, Kathryn, Stephen, Amanda, Chelsea and Mandy; one sister, Florence Maloon of Deer Island; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife and one sister, Zona Leeman. Randall was a member of the Back Bay Church of Christ. He loved woodworking and carpentry, and loved life on the water as he was a fisherman by heart. He was a self employed fisherman and worked as a mechanic for Norman Vance and Cecil Leland and as a maintenance mechanic for Connors Bros. Ltd. Resting at the Back Bay Church of Christ from where the service will be held on Saturday at 2 pm, with Rev. Conrad Cline officiating. Visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In Randall's memory, the family would appreciate donations to the Back Bay Church of Christ, Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit, or a charity of the donor's choice.
