HAZLEWOOD, MARY PATRICIA - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday April 30th, 2006. Pat was born in Saint John N.B on March 17th, 1925. She was the eldest daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Lillian (Duffley) Collins. Pat is survived by her two sons, Stuart (Ruth) of Alberta, and Michael (Sylvie) of Passekeag, three daughters Barbara Mannette of Quispamsis, Darlene Hazlewood of Saint John, and Janet (Charles) Landers of Quispamsis, three brothers Frank (Mary) Collins of Saint John, David (Connie) Collins of Portland Me., and Carl (Judy) Collins of Saint John, two sisters Marjorie Mason and Rita (Wilson) Morris both of Saint John, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Besides her parents, Pat was predeceased by her husband Wallace Malcolm (Mac) Hazlewood, infant daughter Carol Hazlewood, brothers Gregory, Stuart, and William, son in-law Douglas Mannette and brother in-law Raymond Mason. Arrangements are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John N.B (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The Mass of Christian burial will be held from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Rothesay on Wednesday May 3rd, 2006 at 11am. Interment to follow in St. Josephs Cemetery.
