BROAD, EVELYN - of Lower Kintore passed away at St. Joseph Hotel Dieu Hospital on July 9, 2006. Born in Sussex, NB on December 14, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Neil and Beatrice (Marr) Violette. She leaves behind her husband Donald Broad; her children Sharon (Roger) Nye of Kilburn, Neal (Shelley) Hathaway of Lower Kintore; her grandchildren Allan of Caribou, ME, Curtis and Bradley of Grand Falls, Marshall of Miramichi, and Brittany of Kilburn; her great grandchildren Tinika and Shakera of Grand Falls, Dillon of Miramichi; and a special cousin Leota Forbes-Hill. Evelyn was predeceased by her first husband Russell Hathaway, an infant daughter, and sons Brent and Donald Hathaway. Evelyn was a member of the Twin Rivers Snowmobile Club, the NB Federation of Snowmobile Clubs, the Easter Seal March of Dimes, and the Carleton-Victoria Tourist Association. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 11, 2006 at 11 am from the Perth-Andover Wesleyan Church. Rev.
