GREENE, HESTER - At the Grand Falls Manor, July 11, 2006, Mrs. Hester Greene of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 100 years. She was the wife of the late Caldwell Greene who died in 1955. Born at Grand Falls in 1905, she was the last surviving child of the late Thomas and Jane (Mulherin) Bradley. She is survived by three daughters, Joyce St. Thomas (Felix) of Carignan, Quebec, Patricia Greene and Ann Kenney of Grand Falls, one son, Robert (Patricia) of Barrie, Ontario, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a grandson, Dale Kenney, sisters, Ernestine and Hilda, brothers, Leo, Wilfred and Walter. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Her funeral will be held Friday, July 14th at 11 a.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls, with interment in the Assumption Cemetery.
