TODD, PHYLLIS IOLA (BANKS) - of Easton, Maine, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 25th at Mars Hill, Maine. Born Sept. 28, 1915 in Bristol, N.B., Phyllis was the daughter of Stafford and Cora (McIntosh) Banks. On her marriage to Glenn in 1943, Phyllis moved to their farm at Easton. Later, they spent many happy years traveling and camping throughout the US and Canada. Phyllis was devoted to her family. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, their children and grand children. Phyllis will be remembered for her wry humour, for her shameless cheating at cards (discarding anything that might be of help to the niece sitting beside her), for her wonderful cooking, for her strength and stubbornness and for her good heart and indomitable spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her well. The committal service will be held at Estes Park Cemetery on Thursday, July 27th at 11 am.
