
HARTFORD BERNARD INGALLS
INGALLS, HARTFORD BERNARD - Hartford Bernard Ingalls, 97, of Ingalls Head, Grand Manan passed away at the Grand Manan Nursing Home on Saturday morning August 5th, after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Frank and Alfreta (Wilcox) Ingalls. Mr. Ingalls was a retired fisherman, a founding member of Central Wesleyan Church and a member of The Southern Cross Lodge #16. He is survived by his wife, Bessie Roblee; two daughters, Arlene (Stanley) Small, Browns Flats, Sandra Gowan, Ingalls Head; one son, Allison (Geraldine) Castalia; three brothers, James (Audrey) , Hayward (Helen) of Grand Harbour, Curtis of Montreal as well as nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and two great great great grandchildren. Mr. Ingalls was predeceased by his first wife, Bessie (Trecartin); one daughter, Celia; one son, Herbert; one sister, Louise; three brothers, Henry, Vesper, and Glendon; also one grandson, Dean; one great grandson, Josh; and one great granddaughter, Raeanne. The family will receive friends and relatives at Central Wesleyan Church on Sunday 2 to 4 PM, 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 7th, from the church at 1:30 PM with Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating assisted by Pastor Tim Branscombe with interment to follow in the family plot Maple Grove Cemetery, Castalia, N.B.
