NANCY JANE DAUPHINEE

DAUPHINEE, NANCY JANE - Nancy Dauphinee passed away at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital early Thursday, August 3, 2006 at the age of 78. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the eldest daughter of the late Hedley C. and Audrey (Campbell) Wilson. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Kenneth; her daughters, Katharine Dauphinee and Michele Dauphinee (Keenan Cannady) both of Calgary; son, Peter Dauphinee (Deborah Smith); and grandsons, William and Alexander of Moncton. Nancy is survived by her sisters, Virginia Morton of Vancouver, BC and Suzanne Smith of Goderich, ON; as well as her brother, James Wilson (Janet) of Waterloo, ON. As well as homemaker and mother, Nancy had a successful career in fashion coordination and retail sales. She was an active member of St. Paul's United Church, the UCW, the Fredericton Pony Club, the Lord Beaverbrook Art Gallery and her local bridge group. Nancy was well loved by her friends in all her communities and will be deeply missed by all. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul's Church, Thursday, August 17th, 2006 at 2:00 pm. For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. The family would like to extend their thanks to Nancy's doctors, the Extra Mural Program - Fredericton Unit and the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital for all their support.
